A high SLA infrastructure for operators and ISPs in Africa
SINGA designs and operates neutral metropolitan rings, interconnects operators' base transceiver stations (BTS), and leases FTTH routes by zone. This is done with the aim of providing its customers with more reliable, faster, and more accessible connectivity.
About us
SINGA is a company specialized in the design, construction and operation of neutral fiber optic infrastructure in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Our 3 essential axes :
- Interconnection of operators’ BTS sites
- Metropolitan ring networks for ISPs
- FTTH routes by zone

Our solutions
A complete infrastructure dedicated to operators and ISPs
SINGA provides operators and ISPs with a neutral fiber infrastructure, covering interconnection, transport, metropolitan access, and FTTH expansion, with a flexible and Opex-oriented model.
Neutral fiber loop for BTS (Mobile Operators)
SINGA deploys neutral fiber urban loops dedicated to the interconnection of mobile operators' base stations. This infrastructure improves the resilience of radio networks, reduces latency between BTS and the core network, and absorbs the continuous growth in mobile data capacity needs. The neutral model ensures equitable access to infrastructure, without discrimination between operators.
Neutral metropolitan rings for ISPs
SINGA designs and operates open metropolitan rings allowing ISPs to deploy FTTH services without investing in a proprietary urban backbone. By sharing the fiber infrastructure, ISPs can rapidly expand their coverage, penetrate new neighborhoods, and concentrate their investments on marketing and service quality.
FTTH routes by zone
SINGA provides fiber black leasing or under-reach unit (IRU) infrastructure structured by zones and neighborhoods. This solution addresses operators and ISPs who want to deploy their own active equipment while avoiding the high costs of civil engineering. It offers great operational flexibility and strong capacity for evolution at the pace of demand.
Location of capacity by district
For actors favoring an entirely Opex-oriented model, SINGA offers the leasing of transport capacity, from a few Mbps to several Gbps, per district or per zone. This approach allows for rapid deployment and progressive capacity scaling, adjusting the bandwidth according to subscriber and usage growth.
Points of presence (PoP), hosting and cross-connect
SINGA develops strategic points of presence allowing operators and ISPs to bring their equipment closer to end-users. These PoP offer secure hosting services, operator cross-connect, and direct access to the backbone, reducing latency and simplifying interconnections.
Telecommunications consulting and engineering
SINGA accompanies telecommunications projects through consulting and engineering services covering the entire lifecycle of networks. From feasibility studies to technical design, through audits and training, these services help operators and ISPs secure their investments and optimize the performance of their infrastructure.
Why Singa ?
SINGA operates exclusively in wholesale, without retail activity, ensuring equitable, non-discriminatory and transparent access to the entire range of operators and Internet access providers.
Neutral fiber infrastructure

Economical model adapted to the Congolese market
Our offers are designed to reduce entry barriers through an Opex-friendly approach, allowing progressive deployment by district and better cost control.
Acceleration of deployment and time-to-market
Thanks to its metropolitan rings and its mutualized fiber network, SINGA allows operators and ISPs to launch their services quickly without waiting for long infrastructure cycles.
Carrier-grade quality oriented long-term
SINGA builds and operates reliable, scalable, and carrier-grade networks, with a vision for the development of high-speed networks in the DRC.
